Information for Accepted Vendors/Stall Holders (terms and conditions):-

The Advancetown Hotel is committed to provide a safe and professional environment for all stall holders and visitors in a family friendly atmosphere. As this is a licensed venue no alcohol can be brought onto the premises and smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas. NO BYO food or drinks allowed.

Safety and Presentation:

Vendors’ stalls must be presented professionally with a neat and tidy appearance and should remain open and be attended for the whole duration and not be packed down early. Bump in is from 7.30 am – Bump out is after 3 pm.

Vendors need to be self-sufficient as sites are not provided with power, water or any other equipment.

Any generators should be quiet and power leads covered safely.

Tents or marquees must be weighted down for safety and NO tent pegs are allowed.  Marquee weights and tie downs are essential (it can get windy).

Vehicles can not to be moved in the market spaces during operating hours for safety reasons and all caution needs to be taken when loading in and out.

Rain Policy and Cancellation Policy:

The show will go on unless severe weather is forecast.  If The Advancetown Hotel does choose to postpone the event stall holders’ fees will be refunded or a credit voucher will be issued to use at The Advancetown Hotel.  Vendors will be notified via the Advancetown Hotel Face Book Page in this event.

Fees will be refunded or a credit voucher will be issued to use at The Advancetown Hotel only if 72 hours notice is given.   A vendor who does not show up on the day without 72 hours prior notice will not be refunded and may not be accepted for future events.

The Advancetown Hotel always reserves the right to cancel the market if circumstances deem it necessary and will not be liable for any perceived losses to participants.
